How much will delivery cost?

Delivery prices are calculated at checkout.
All accessories are sent FIRST class. The typical postage cost for smaller items is around £2. Flutes are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery at £9.25 which includes insurance up to £500
All purchases from outside the UK are send via Airmail (flutes are also insured). Please contact us to check international postage if purchasing from outside the UK. Thanks

How long will it take to arrive?

All items are usually despatched the next working day (ie excluding the weekend). Your item should therefore usually arrive within 2 working days of purchase (Air mail 3-5 working days)

What happens if I need to return it?

All items are covered by our 14-day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our products then please contact the sales department to arrange a return. A full refund will be given providing the item is returned in it's original condition within 14 days of purchase. If the item is found to be faulty then the postage will also be refunded.
